Following are our rates for ground shipping through UPS to the 48 contiguous United
States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories and any International
Shipping will incur additional shipping charges. Order processing, shipping, and delivery
takes from 2 to 3 weeks after the time the order is first placed.

Grace's Gifts operates out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Any orders processed for New
Mexico residents are subject to the Bernalillo County sales tax rate of 6.875%. This tax rate
is applied to the merchandise total and shipping is not included in tax calculations.

If, for any reason, a customer is unsatisfied with his or her purchase, items purchased from
Grace's Gifts may be returned for a full retail value refund, plus tax, within 4 weeks of
delivery, the date of which will be verified by UPS tracking number. Shipping charges are
non-
refundable and it is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for the return shipping. Only after
we receive the returned merchandise will we refund the amount equal to the retail value of
the merchandise as listed in our catalog (plus 6.875% for any sales tax paid by New Mexico
residents.)
